CEAR was established as the renewable energy subsidiary of MS&F Associates, which oversees the strategic and operational management of the company. CEAR benefits from the extensive experience of its management team and professionals, which represents one of its key assets.
Before founding CEAR in 2013, MS&F had led and participated in a diverse range of renewable energy projects both in Spain and internationally. These included installing two combined-cycle power plants (800 MW), designing five biofuel production plants (with a capacity exceeding 250,000 tonnes/year), developing one geothermal plant (over 4 MW) in Azerbaijan, and working on various wind and solar farms between 2002 and 2010 (exceeding 1.3 GW) in countries such as Spain, USA, Mexico, Poland, Malta and Azerbaijan, among others.
